This role involves prepping, forming, pouring, and finishing concrete for various applications.  Pay Structure: Tier 1: Entry-Level Concrete Finisher (0-2 years of experience) Pay Rate: $23-$28/hr Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in the preparation of concrete forms and pouring areas</li><li>Assist with, set and pour concrete for curbs, sidewalks, flatwork, and other infrastructure   elements</li><li>Follow safety protocols and maintain clean and organized workspaces</li><li>Work closely with the team and communicate effectively with supervisors</li><li>Willing to assist with other general labor tasks when needed</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Willingness to listen and follow direction</li><li>0-2 years of concrete experience</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment</li><li>Basic knowledge of concrete tools and equipment.
