Physical strength and stamina are critical for this role, as you may have to lift heavy materials and work in all weather conditions.As a Concrete Laborer, you will work alongside other construction workers, such as carpenters and masons, helping them to complete projects on time and to the highest standards of quality. This job requires the ability to follow instructions accurately and to work well in a team. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepares work area by cleaning, assembling and disassembling equipment</li><li>Mixes and pours concrete into forms or structures</li><li>Smooths and levels freshly poured concrete surfaces</li><li>Operates machinery to transport and place concrete materials</li><li>Uses hand and power tools to shape and finish concrete surfaces</li><li>Reads and interprets blueprints and construction plans</li><li>Performs basic maintenance on tools and equipment</li><li>Collaborates with other laborers, tradespeople and supervisors on the job site</li><li>Follows safety protocols and regulations at all times</li></ul> This position includes Company-Paid Benefits:1.
