Responsibilities include planning, scheduling crews via a Production Manager, logistics and deliveries of procure materials, selecting and manage subcontractors, problem solve, value engineer, write Work in Progress reports, forecast revenue, revise budgets and will manage the gross margin to reach company goals. They will participate in weekly meetings with the team to review the projects status and to make sure the communication is clear at the field level to include subcontractors and make sure everyone is up to date with construction schedule, plans and documents.
