This role focuses on achieving consistent, high-quality results that meet project specifications and client expectations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Sand, prepare, and clean wood surfaces for finishing</li><li>Apply stains, paints, sealers, 2K Urethanes, and more</li><li>Mix and match finishes to required colors and specifications</li><li>Operate and maintain spray equipment and finishing tools</li><li>Perform touch-ups and final finishing work</li><li>Read and follow shop drawings and finish specifications</li><li>Inspect work to ensure quality and consistency</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment</li><li>Coordinate with production staff to meet deadlines</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years of wood finishing experience (architectural millwork preferred)</li><li>Experience with spray equipment and finishing materials</li><li>General Knowledge of different finishes, i.e. 2K urethanes, acrylic urethanes, etc.</li><li>Understanding of wood species and finishing techniques</li><li>Strong attention to detail and quality</li><li>Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li></ul>Compensation & Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Medical, dental, vision, and retirement options</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Opportunities for training and advancement</li></ul>
