Performs salvage, corrective, and preventative maintenance on a variety of floor coverings, including but not limited to vinyl, marble, terrazzo, wood, granite (polished and unpolished), ceramic tile, conductive flooring, and cork. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, highly corrosive, toxic, or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, risk of radiation, and vibration.
