Job Summary: The Marine Mechanic is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance, installation, repair, and inspection of fire alarm, suppression, and detection systems (including CO, Halon, APC, AFFF, and FM200) aboard vessels ranging from small tugs to the largest ships at sea. Actual starting pay will be determined based on job-related factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, education, internal equity, geographic location (where applicable), and market considerations.
