Responsibilities:
We are looking for: <ul><li>Repair Contractors for Fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs and similar products</li></ul>Looking for contractors with the knowledge and ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and similar products.  Clients are very high end companies.  Dedication to customer service is a must.

Qualifications:

<h2>Overview</h2>Job Summary: (Overall purpose and objective of the job)  The Retail Key Holder – Part-Time position is responsible for providing an outstanding 5 STAR service (customer service) to customers while performing operational duties that drive sales through product knowledge, merchandising, register functions, store cleanliness, and other related duties. The Retail Key Holder – Part-Time performs operational duties to run the retail store that includes opening/closing, ensuring store security, overseeing safety and assisting with escalated customer issues. The Sales Lead represents the Vitamin Shoppe brand to our customers. Retail Key Holders – Part-Time must be courteous, efficient, and able to hand sell to customers so that their needs and expectations are met or exceeded. This position supports the environment of health and wellness that the Vitamin Shoppe represents.<h2>Responsibilities</h2>Essential Functions: (The reason this job exists is to perform these functions. These functions are performed regularly, seriously impacts other jobs, and there are a limited number of employees whom performance of the function can be distributed). <ul><li>Establish, model, and reinforce the 5 STAR service (customer service) and hand selling technique. Use product information, sampling and available resources to educate customers and assist them in making product selections that are right for them. Promptly serve customers, minimizing wait time. Coach and direct staff regarding model service, selling, and customer engagement behaviors. </li><li>Drive sales by meeting and collaborating with the store team to understand, support and achieve established sales goals and objectives. </li><li>Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers and co-workers that fosters a positive work environment and embraces diversity. </li><li>Promote growth and sales by creating and maintaining internal/external community outreach relationships within the local community. Establish an active sampling regimen through customer engagement.</li><li>Lead and participate in learning and development activities (daily store meetings and product/online education) in order to provide optimal customer service. Complete Learning Path and Vitamin Shoppe University training activities in established timelines. </li><li>Protect and maintain company assets and resources to include cash control, inventory, fixtures and physical facility to prevent theft, ensuring Loss Prevention standards. Maintain the confidentiality and security of sales records and operational reports. Ensure work environment is safe for both customers and health enthusiasts. </li><li>Oversee and perform regular maintenance; clean shelves, baskets, backrooms, windows, front sidewalks, bathrooms, and floors according to company policy as directed by the management team.</li><li>Receive shipments, assist in unloading stock, checking products against invoice, sorting and distributing stock, shocking shelves, pricing merchandise, cleaning fixtures and displaying product. </li><li>Aid the management team in the implementation of merchandising, promotional and operational standards. Perform category maintenance by rotating products according to the company’s product rotation policy. Identify and document the return of damaged, discontinued or expired product. Aid in new store initiatives. </li><li>Execute all company policies and objectives within the store, ensuring that the VS brand and company is well represented. </li><li>Lead the store in the absence of the SM / ASM to include opening / closing, customer service and store maintenance (interior and exterior). </li><li>Operate the cash register and prepare customer transactions and receipts efficiently. Total price, tax, and shipping and handling charges accurately. Fully understand register functions, opening and closing procedures and can balance the cash registers at the end of each shift or as scheduled. Adhere to and verifies bank deposit process. </li><li>Aid the management team in ensuring the Vitamin Shoppe Healthy Award Club program is consistently promoted and customer information, including email, is captured. </li><li>Adhere to personal appearance policy. </li><li>Adhere to assigned work schedule. Promptly clocks in/out and approves weekly timecard. </li><li>Follow management direction in completing other duties as required.</li></ul>Other Functions: (Incidental to the purpose or the job.
