The Certified Flagger is responsible for setting up traffic control devices and working with their traffic control crew to safely direct the movements of vehicles and pedestrians around a construction work zone. Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Traffic Control Supervisor, set up the traffic control zone, utilizing traffic cones, signs, barriers and arrow boards.
