The Manager of Logistics provides leadership to dispatch personnel, transportation staff, and logistics operations while partnering closely with Operations, Sales, Maintenance, Customer Service, Finance, Contracting, and executive leadership to optimize fleet utilization, improve customer service, and support the company's strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Ready Mix and Logistics, this position serves as a key operational leader and collaborates regularly with the Chief Operating Officer on transportation performance, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational excellence.
