The Cook is responsible for prepping, cooking, placing stock in proper storage areas, rotating stock, cleaning and maintaining work areas and kitchens, and overall production for all Food & Beverage venues. We are currently seeking talented individuals to become Seasonal Cooks in the following outlets: Jockey Club, Main Kitchen, Post Parade, Carousel, Track Kitchen and different Concessions.
