The Director provides leadership across fleet and equipment programs, ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, partners with Procurement and Finance on sourcing and capital planning, and establishes financial, operational, and performance metrics reported regularly to executive leadership. This role oversees the full lifecycle of fleet vehicles and equipment including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, utilization, sustainment, and disposal while establishing and enforcing corporate policies that meet operational needs at the lowest total cost of ownership.
