The successful candidate will have passion and experience in learning curriculum design and working closely with his or her team, SMEs, and learning solutions vendors to develop a variety of learning solutions, including, but not limited to: instructor-led, face-to-face, instructor-led live virtual, leader-led, and asynchronous learning. The Pilot Learning Experience Manager is responsible for the leadership of two Program Managers, three Instructional Designers, and various vendor’s management for pilot technical and non-technical learning design for instructor-led training, on-the-job training, eLearning, and train-the-trainers.
