WE LOVE OUR WORK.:
- Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.- Collects, processes, and sells entry tickets; assists guest with questions; provides assistance with navigating property.- Keeps count of guests entering property and balances tickets.- Handles and secures all money banks to ensure the proper balancing and transaction verification through the ticket system; prepares and verifies all closing paperwork; corrects financial deficiencies as needed.- Notifies higher level management of any suspicious or unusual activity and/or transactions in a timely manner.- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.- Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

BRING US YOUR BEST.:
- Prior experience in a cash handling position strongly preferred.- Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.- Basic computer/tablet/typing skills Perferred.- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.- Basic math skills required.- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.- Must be able to work a flexible and varying schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off as needed.
