Assist lead technicians with event set up/tear down of arranging tables, chairs, podiums, and equipment, maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems, painting and patching of walls, door adjustments etc. Performs building and equipment inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, doors, signage, fire extinguishers, etc.
