Prepare and pour drink orders using proper portions, ingredients, and presentation according to established recipes Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver drinks promptly to guests or servers Promote casino events, programs, and featured offerings to guests Resolve guest service issues in a courteous and professional manner following established procedures Operate the cash register/POS system accurately, including entering correct amounts, issuing proper change, and reconciling transactions Account for all cash, charge, and complimentary sales while maintaining the integrity of all financial controls Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized workstation in compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Monitor guest alcohol consumption and alert management of guests who appear intoxicated, unruly, or disruptive. Must be 21 years of age High school diploma or equivalent required At least 2 to 3 years of high-volume experience required Food Handlers & Bassett Certification required Prior bartending experience required; casino or high-volume cocktail bar experience preferred Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and martini service Excellent communication and guest engagement skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
