Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license (RN) in the state of practice, BLS certification prior to first shift, ACLS certification (if applicable), minimum of two (2) years bedside clinical experience, ICU experience/appropriate skills for LTACH, previous experience in a similar setting, and the ability to meet the education and physical requirements for the role. Additional Information: Performs nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission, collaborates with the care team, documents patient care accurately, participates in patient rehabilitation programs, initiates discharge planning, and provides patient education.
