Responsibilities include managing the full work order process, building daily, weekly, and shutdown schedules, developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs in SAP, managing spare parts inventory, and tracking maintenance performance metrics such as PM compliance and scheduled work completion. This position will own the planning, scheduling, and SAP record-keeping for all maintenance activity in the plant, working closely with the Maintenance Manager and operations to balance equipment reliability against maintenance costs while supporting safety, productivity, and customer goals.
