p>The job responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Follow safe/sanitary food handling practices • Operate and maintain food service equipment • Use supplies appropriately • Assist in the serving and distribution of food and in the clean-up and disassembly of the dining room • Clean kitchen, kitchen equipment, dining room, and remove trash • Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment • Perform a variety of duties as directed by the manager.
Preference will be given to applicants who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, possess one of more of the following:
• High school diploma • Must be able to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing • Must be able to stand and walk the majority of the shift • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and push or pull the same frequently • Job may require frequent bending, stooping, and crawling.
