Able to read, write legibly, and converse in the English language • Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide • Must have or be able to obtain an Oregon Food Handler or Food Manager Certification or ServSafe Certification within 30 days of hire • Able to demonstrate differences in modified diets • Proficient in portioning, and garnishing • Proficient in reducing and increasing recipes • High school graduate or equivalent preferred • Oregon State Driver's license preferred. • Able to stand, walk, stoop, reach, push, pull, and bend frequently • Work may be done in uncomfortably high temperature and humidity, sometimes on wet surfaces • May be required to lift up to 50 pounds • Must wear protective clothing as required • Ability to communicate effectively.
