Influence aftermarket & installed-base growth - partner with service, sales, and marketing to grow parts, upgrades, service offerings, and lifecycle value, and ensure aftermarket needs are reflected in product, pricing, and go-to-market plans, without direct ownership of aftermarket operations or P&L.
