Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to support a multi-unit project in the Ellensburg area. This role will be responsible for assisting with daily site operations and stepping in to run the job site when the Superintendent is off-site.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee day-to-day construction activities on site 

+ Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed on schedule 

+ Maintain quality control across all phases of construction 

+ Enforce job site safety standards and company policies 

+ Communicate effectively with the Superintendent and project team 

+ Step in to manage the site independently when needed 

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a well-rounded Foreman who understands all aspects of construction and can confidently lead a job site. Candidates will be asked about their strengths during the interview process, but broad knowledge across trades is key to success in this role.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Proven experience as a Foreman in multi-family or residential construction 

+ Strong working knowledge across multiple trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.) 

+ Ability to manage crews and keep projects on track 

+ Experience with Procore is a plus, but not required 

+ Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently 

+ Must be local to the Ellensburg area (within 30-45 minutes)

As a key leader on-site, you will oversee daily field operations and coordinate crews to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and with the highest quality. Bring your commercial construction experience, leadership skills, and familiarity with the Ellensburg area, to join this well respected team. $40-$45. What You'll Do:<ul><li>Lead, direct, and support on-site crews with a strong focus on safety and quality.</li><li>Manage and coordinate daily work activities and subcontractors.</li><li>Review plans, specifications, and schedules to effectively execute work.</li><li>Utilize Procore software for project documentation and communication (experience a plus).</li><li>Maintain detailed records of job progress, materials, and equipment.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Project Superintendent and project teams.</li><li>Problem-solve in real time to minimize delays and maximize productivity.</li></ul>What You Bring:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Foreman or similar leadership role in commercial construction.</li><li>Strong understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to upholding them.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is preferred.</li></ul>  #zr
