BU Law invites immediate applications from candidates for a full‐time Visiting Lecturer & Clinical Instructor to serve in its BU/MIT Student Innovations Law Clinic (SILC), SILC is a unique collaboration between BU Law and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where BU Law students represent currently enrolled BU and MIT students on matters related to their innovative academic and extra-curricular activities. The Visiting Lecturer & Clinical Instructor will teach in either the Clinic’s Intellectual Property Practice Group or in its Privacy, Health, and Media Practice Group, which focus on issues related to copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, defamation, fair advertising, consumer privacy, cybersecurity, government surveillance, platform liability, medical device and other health laws and regulations, and related areas of law.
