This role is critical to ensuring our restoration projects are structurally sound, code-compliant, and built with precision. We are looking for a professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives on solving complex framing challenges, and values working within a team that respects experience and expertise.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li> Interpret and execute work based on construction drawings and blueprints </li><li> Frame residential structures with a high level of accuracy and quality </li><li> Install windows, exterior doors, and complex stair systems </li><li> Work independently or with a small crew to complete projects efficiently </li><li> Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site </li><li> Communicate effectively with project managers regarding progress and field updates </li><li> Take ownership of high-priority or complex framing projects over time </li></ul>RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications:<ul><li> Minimum of 15 years of professional carpentry and framing experience </li><li> Advanced expertise in residential framing, layout, and cutting </li><li> Proven experience installing stairs, windows, and exterior doors </li><li> Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately </li><li> Must reside within 15 miles of St. Louis, MO </li><li> Reliable transportation and personal hand tools </li></ul>Nice-to-Have Qualifications:<ul><li> Experience with historic restoration or specialized architectural framing </li><li> Strong problem-solving skills in remodeling or variable site conditions </li><li> Ability to mentor and guide junior team members </li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay based on experience </li><li>Profit sharing opportunities </li><li>Paid holidays </li><li>Stable, full-time schedule </li><li>Opportunity to work on high-quality restoration projects </li></ul>
