Our Framers are responsible for assisting the carpentry foreman, overseeing the work of apprentices and laborers, manually securing, moving, assembling, and installing lumber products operating a variety of woodworking machines and tools to cut, shape, fasten, and install building materials associated with wood framing. Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses.
