Performs work in specific area of specialty, including repair and replacement, layout, demolition and construction of all types of specialty systems and equipment which could include estimating, ordering and preparing sites for construction, installation, replacement and/or repair. Communicates and collaborates with the supervisors, tradesperson leads, and other construction trades and sub-contractors to ensure quality, timely, cost effective construction with continuity and coordination of services.
