Frame Assembly Technician - 2nd Shift About the JobThe Frame Assembly Technician is responsible for operating our newly expanded automated CNC equipment, where we produce aluminum frames for our LED displays. Job DutiesProperly start up and shut down CNC equipment.Efficiently load and unload CNC equipment with unprocessed and processed parts.Diligently monitor machine performance, perform basic troubleshooting activities, and escalate issues through the chain of command.Manually deburr parts and manually assemble aluminum frames with fixtures and screw guns.Perform timely basic daily and weekly preventive maintenance on the machines.Maintain a clean and organized workcell.Follow all safety requirements and raise safety concerns to the Safety Committee when observed.Follow written and oral instructions and provide process feedback for continuous improvement.Perform additional duties as assigned. Skills and QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.1 year of manufacturing experience.CNC experience preferred.Flexibility to work in different manufacturing work cells as needed.Self motivated. Physical RequirementsFine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of up to 100lbs.Be able to lift up to 50lbs.Ability to stand for duration of shift.Close visual focus required.
