Position Summary We are seeking a Freelance Real Estate and Vacation Rental Photographer based in Destin, FL to capture high-quality images of residential and short-term rental properties. This role is perfect for someone who: <ul><li>Has a strong eye for composition and detail </li><li>Works efficiently on-site </li><li>Takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality work </li></ul>You will be responsible for photographing properties, following shot guidelines, and uploading images for our editing team. What You'll Do<ul><li>Capture high-quality interior and exterior property photos </li><li>Shoot bracketed images for HDR editing </li><li>Capture detail shots to enhance storytelling (design, amenities, features) </li><li>Ensure proper composition, straight lines, and balanced lighting </li><li>Follow shot lists and brand standards provided by CLICK </li><li>Upload RAW files promptly after each shoot </li><li>Communicate clearly with our team regarding schedules and project details </li><li>Represent the brand professionally when interacting with clients </li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in photography (real estate preferred) </li><li>FAA Part 107 Drone License (required) </li><li>Own professional camera gear (DSLR or mirrorless) </li><li>Wide-angle lens (typically 16-35mm or equivalent) </li><li>Ability to shoot bracketed exposures </li><li>Strong understanding of composition and lighting </li><li>Reliable transportation to travel within the Panama City area </li><li>Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines </li><li>Strong communication skills </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in real estate or vacation rental photography </li><li>Experience capturing drone photography/video in real estate settings </li><li>Ownership of a Matterport camera or experience creating 3D tours </li><li>Familiarity with high-volume shooting workflows </li><li>Understanding of real estate marketing and listing optimization </li><li>Experience with twilight photography </li></ul>Compensation, Benefits & More Compensation: $1,600 - 6,000 Benefits:<ul><li>Employee recognition programs </li><li>Telecommuting options </li><li>Flexible work schedules </li></ul> Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Location: Destin, Florida 32540
