They will travel daily between assigned client retail locations to ensure compliance with RLX standards and manage relationships with motor carriers and client representatives at the sites. ***Locations covered in this role: Houston, TX through Lake Charles, LA***Competencies<ul><li>Customer Focus </li><li>Drive for Results </li><li>Ethics and Values </li><li>Problem Solving </li><li>Conflict Resolution </li><li>Functional/Technical Learning </li><li>Managing and Measuring Work </li><li>Timely Decision Making </li><li>Interpersonal Savvy </li><li>Organizing </li><li>Informing </li><li>Dealing with Ambiguity</li></ul>Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: <ul><li>Responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding client service goals</li><li>Oversee the daily outbound operations of multiple client retail locations and their various components, ensuring compliance with company, client, local, state, and federal policies and regulations </li><li>Maintains a professional appearance always </li><li>Leverages routing software to ensure that all client deliveries are scheduled and tendered </li><li>Managing and maintaining communication regarding special requests from clients and their customers within their assigned territory </li><li>Ensures daily meetings with service providers and teams are conducted consistently, ensuring performance rankings are accurate and updated daily, following standard Company operating procedures</li><li>Interpret and share location KPIs with key stakeholders </li><li>Partner with motor carriers to facilitate compliance and delivery capacity for the client </li><li>Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all assigned assets, both from RLX and the client </li><li>Conduct daily onsite store audits to ensure client satisfaction with RLX deliverables </li><li>Collaborate with fellow peers on daily functions including work allocation, training, and problem resolution. </li><li>Performing other work-related duties as assigned </li></ul>Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)<ul><li>High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience strongly preferred)</li><li>1-2 years of last mile distribution, and/or supply chain operations experience </li><li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power BI </li><li>Ability to learn new technology/software and processes quickly </li><li>Ability to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner </li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to exhibit a professional demeanor when dealing with conflict </li><li>Must have reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend client meetings as necessary.
