Performs routine preventive maintenance and diagnostic testing on all City heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems (e.g., checks and cleans heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems, performs minor repairs as necessary to keep system in good working order, etc.), including Direct Digital Control systems (DDC). May use a variety of technological hardware (i.e., computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, GPS, cameras, etc.) and/or software (i.e., email, Cartegraph, Microsoft Office, etc.) to maintain records and prepare accurate reports on work performed.
