This role serves as a trusted subject matter expert and works closely with Commercial, Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Legal teams to provide guidance on trade compliance requirements that support business objectives while minimizing regulatory risk. The ideal candidate possesses deep trade compliance expertise, strong knowledge of import and export regulations, and the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and apply them to business transactions, customer opportunities, supplier relationships, and operational activities.
