The role acts as a key liaison between Operations, Finance, Shared Services, customers, and vendors, overseeing financial controls, vendor relationship management, statement of account (SOA) review and reconciliation, process improvement initiatives, and operational performance analysis to drive efficiency, reduce revenue leakage, improve cash flow. The Operations & Financial Ops Specialist is responsible for ensuring the profitability, financial integrity, and operational compliance of the Freight Forwarding business by monitoring revenue, costs, job profitability, billing accuracy, and data quality across Air, Ocean operations.
