This role is a fantastic step forward for anyone transitioning from an auto parts counter position or similar customer-facing job. No cold-calling!</li><li>Communicate with other team members and vendors to ensure product availability and correct specifications for products</li><li>Ensure orders are accurate and shipments go out smoothly by confirming details like fitment, size, and color.</li><li>Collaborate with a team that values precision and customer satisfaction.</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Spanish Bilingual: you are fluent in both English and Spanish.</li><li>Great phone skills: You're comfortable chatting with customers and helping them find what they need.</li><li>Solid typing abilities: You'll enter orders quickly and accurately.</li><li>Basic math and clear communication skills: Essential for keeping everything on track.</li><li>A sense of urgency and attention to detail: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and care about getting it right.</li><li>Reliability: We're a close-knit team that counts on each other-perfect attendance is a must, especially in your first 30 days.</li><li>Background check: Must pass a pre-employment screening.</li><li>Bonus points: Knowing other languages such as French.</li></ul>We're seeking team players who are ready to grow with us.
