If you're motivated, collaborative, and enjoy working in an environment that prioritizes quality of interactions over quantity of calls, this is the perfect role for you!What You'll Do on a Typical DayAct as the point of sale on all Domestic & International travel reservations, arranging both routine and complex air, rail, ground, and hotel accommodation, utilizing native SabreProvide consultative advice, solutions, and recommendations for our VIP travelers, whilst ensuring adherence to the customers' travel policy and requirementsOperate in a multi-channel environment where you are accountable to key performance indicators of success, such as customer satisfaction, key productivity metrics, and driving key partnerships and sale of preferred partnersUse positive telephone and email service techniques; act on special customer requests and maintain excellent client relationsProactively sell additional services for our travelers, e.g., hotel and carExpress enthusiasm and energy within the organization and always act according to company Ethics, Values, and Compliance guidelinesAct in accordance with all Amex GBT policies and proceduresWhat We're Looking ForIn depth knowledge of domestic & international air, hotel, car, and rail booking practice and policiesHigh touch Executive customer service5+ years experience as a Corporate Travel ConsultantNative Sabre proficiency preferred but not requiredDetailed understanding of fares and ticketing rules for domestic and international travelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPassion for Excellence in Customer Service with attention to detailAbility to act with integrity when handling personal and confidential traveler informationBasic computer navigation skills with an ability to multitask in multiple computer applicationsCandidatesCandidates should be comfortable working any assigned shift during business hours: Monday-Friday 5:00am-6:00pm Pacific Standard Time. This varies depending on the clients' hours of operation.LocationUnited StatesSalaryThe US national base salary range for this position is from $46,900.00 - $87,100.00. The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. Key Responsibilities:<ol><li>Review and correct machine-generated French transcriptions, ensuring grammatical and contextual accuracy. </li><li>Record high-quality audio clips of yourself reading provided texts using a laptop or standard microphone. </li><li>Maintain a quiet and distraction-free environment for clear and professional recordings. </li><li>Provide constructive feedback to improve transcription and voice data processes. </li><li>Uphold exceptional attention to detail in both written and spoken tasks. </li><li>Collaborate with the customer's team to meet project goals and deadlines. </li><li>Adhere strictly to data privacy and confidentiality guidelines during all tasks. </li></ol>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ol><li>Fluency in French with excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Proven ability to identify and correct language inaccuracies in transcriptions. </li><li>Clear vocal diction and strong enunciation for audio recordings. </li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote setup with a quiet recording environment. </li><li>Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality. </li><li>Comfortable working with simple audio recording tools (laptop microphones). </li><li>Proactive, responsive, and able to meet tight deadlines. </li></ol>Preferred Qualifications:<ol><li>Experience as an audio engineer, voice artist, or voice actor. </li><li>Background in call centers with voice training or extensive customer communication. </li><li>Familiarity with transcription or linguistic annotation tools. </li></ol>
