5.Collaborates with various internal stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and IT teams, to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and design solutions, ensuring Epic application specifications meet business needs, support process design initiatives, and promote effective system utilization. When determining a team members base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
