This position is responsible for day-to-day functional guidance, training, cross-training, and developing employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, specifically related to blueprint reading, part numbers, work order procedures, operating requirements, safety, and quality. The Fabrication Group Leader provides day-to-day functional guidance and training to operators in the fabrication department for the overall direction and performance to provide the highest quality products for the company.
