Is responsible for the performance improvement process, sets expectations, develops plans, assesses, improves, and maintains the quality of the company’s management, clinical, operational, and other important internal processes and activities; assigns staff to performance improvement activities. The Manager (PIC) oversees and evaluates the financial status of the company, communicates with the owners/corporate office as needed on issues of finance, performance improvement, sales, or clinical implementation of therapies.
