Responsibilities include oversight of federal, state, and local regulatory requirements (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS, DOH, FDA, HIPAA); workforce management encompassing recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, performance management, leadership development, and staff retention; and operational management including policy and procedure development, staffing and scheduling, daily operations, payroll, vendor management, equipment evaluation and procurement, and staff education. Summary: The Radiology Leader provides administrative, clinical, and operational oversight for assigned modality, including inpatient and outpatient Radiology services in alignment with the One Penn Radiology vision and the organization's mission and goals.
