Manage full execution of the company-wide employee engagement survey, including vendor coordination, system alignment, communication strategy, survey design in alignment with key stakeholders, participation monitoring, and results delivery to the organization and are the primary internal consultant to HR Business Partners and business leaders on engagement survey strategy, data interpretation, and action planning, Oversee the execution of overall feedback across the organization – inclusive of leadership 360-degree feedback assessments, peer/upward feedback processes, managing vendor relationships, participant logistics, and results reporting, and partnering with HR Business Partners to connect insights to leader development and coaching conversations. Built around five professional sports leagues: the NBA, WNBA, NBA G League, NBA 2K League and Basketball Africa League, the NBA has established a major international presence with games and programming available in 214 countries and territories in 60 languages, and merchandise for sale in more than 200 countries and territories on all seven continents.
