Works collaboratively within the City’s Communications & Marketing division to achieve strategic communication and marketing goals; assists in the development and implementation of communication plans and strategies; develops communications through the preparation of press releases, social media, web content, email campaigns, direct mail pieces, brochures, etc. Tracks communication outcomes, including news coverage and online reputation management tools; monitors media and social media tools, trends and applications; develops performance metrics; tracks, compiles, and analyzes social media usage data and other key metrics.
