15+ years of experience in political communications, especially on federal or state campaigns or government communications/press secretary roles; A strong understanding of political communications strategy, earned media, message development, and digital/social media landscape; Experience serving as a senior advisor to principals or executives on high-stakes communications strategy; Proven ability to lead communications strategy during crisis or rapid-response situations with significant reputational or political risk. Exceptional political writing and messaging skills, with demonstrated experience producing communications materials, including press releases, op-eds, talking points, and speeches; Proven experience managing and leading high-performing projects, building consensus across teams, mentoring and managing junior staff; Demonstrated ability to lead and produce high-quality, executive-ready deliverables in a fast-paced environment, managing dynamic client situations and meeting tight deadlines with limited supervision.
