Skills/Abilities: Extensive computer skills in Excel, Access and word processing applications, experience using an ERP system, preferably Oracle, excellent organizational and process development/optimization skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communications skills – both verbal and written. Minimum Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 5 years work experience, with 3+ years supervising or leading people, preferably in a manufacturing environment Knowledge: Solid understanding of integrated production and inventory management techniques and processes, inventory control, and LEAN principles and methodologies.
