As part of team, you will help our people with disabilities in the following areas: Train, coach, and assist our people with disabilities while working at our business customers site Be a liaison between our business customers and our clients to ensure the success of the work program Assist our clients develop and enhance their work skills Communicate & collaborate with the people with disabilities' representative, county case manager, referral sources, co-workers for Opportunity Partners supported services. A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services, education, or health and four years full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 and older or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children and is under the supervision of staff person who meets the designated coordinator qualifications listed above.
