The Product Owner serves as the key bridge between Underwriting business teams and Technology, ensuring that underwriting solutions effectively support risk evaluation, submission intake, referral workflows, pricing support, quote/bind processes, and operational efficiency in the Commercial P&C insurance space. This role also requires comfort applying modern product management principles, including clear prioritization and roadmap sequencing using approaches such as Now / Next / Later, while using modern productivity and AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar technologies to accelerate analysis, story writing, process design, and execution.
