Support Services to include but not limited to tasks to support all of the programs and requirements of CFCF/RCF, for example, Inmate Training Program (Janitorial, Grass Cutting, Snow Removal conducted through CFCF/RCF Security Training), directing and controlling all subcontractors, OSSF technical training, Security Training Coordination, planning for PSS, RSCW subcontractors, establishing methods, budgets and proceedings for RRSC subcontracting and emergency extra work by OSSF. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Basic Function: APM - The OM&S Assistant Project Manager (s) of Operations, Maintenance and Support Services shall be responsible to the OM&S Contractors PM, for the individual areas of Operations, Maintenance, Support Services and Security System/Maintenance and be available by cell phone when off-duty.
