<p>Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Hybrid Call Center Representative with a fast-growing customer experience and support organization based in New York City.</p><p>This is a high-volume, fast-paced role for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems quickly, and delivering professional service across phone, chat, and email channels.</p><p>As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers.
