Drawing on expertise in areas such as cloud computing, network automation, tactical and enterprise networking, satellite communications, cybersecurity, zero trust, or AI-enabled network management, this individual supports operational testing and evaluation, reviews post-exercise findings to identify capability gaps, conducts technical risk assessments with recommended mitigations, and directly supports the DCIS Program Director, including periodic travel of up to 30 days annually, while collaborating with fellow DCIS contractors to advance the C3 Enterprise's technical knowledge and capability development. The incumbent evaluates commercial and government-developed technologies for operational deployment suitability, assesses integration and interoperability with legacy systems, Next Generation DCIS, and NATO Federated Mission Networking, Mission Networks, and Enterprise CIS, and produces technical evaluation reports and briefings to inform decision-making.
