Required: Massachusetts RN license, acute care nursing experience (1-2 years), ambulatory/outpatient nursing experience (minimum 1 year), telephone triage experience, strong communication, critical thinking, and care coordination skills. This position involves supporting a busy outpatient cardiology practice by providing patient assessment, telephone triage, care coordination, patient education, and provider support.
