This role combines technical project management expertise with business development acumen to position the company as a trusted partner across industrial, commercial, and institutional markets, while ensuring efficient delivery of project deliverables, effective quality control, clear communication of expectations to stakeholders, and upward reporting to senior management throughout each project's lifecycle. This position is the primary point-person responsible for planning, executing, and delivering mechanical and plumbing projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications and quoted requirements, while also driving new business, building long-term client relationships, and preparing accurate proposals for mechanical services projects (HVAC, piping, and plumbing).
