The candidate will demonstrate experience with datacenter operations, basic networking, equipment installation, provisioning, and maintenance, with the ability to support enterprise servers, storage, and telco networking equipment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process inbound and outbound shipments.</li><li>Update and maintain lab inventory database (NetBox).</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, servers, PDUs/CDUs, and console servers.</li><li>Provide end-user support for device troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution.</li><li>Build small to large-scale network topologies for Juniper customers.</li><li>Assist users with building and provisioning virtual machines in vCenter/ESXi, KVM, and Proxmox environments.</li><li>Provide live support and assistance for Sales Engineers during customer presentations.</li></ul>Required Skills & Qualifications:<ul><li>Datacenter operations experience with physical installation and provisioning of network appliances.</li><li>Proficiency with Linux and CLI-based administration.</li><li>Experience using power tools and cage nuts, and ability to handle 50 lb+ equipment with lift tools.</li><li>Knowledge of server hardware and installation, including 4-post rail kits and virtual console.</li><li>Knowledge of Ethernet cabling and transceiver standards and types such as SMF, MMF, MTP/MPO, CAT6-RJ45, 1GbE-800GbE, DAC, and AOC.</li><li>Experience with physical setup and provisioning of switches, routers, and firewalls.</li><li>Solid communication skills with proficiency in English.</li><li>Ability to work onsite full-time, 40 hours per week, with occasional business travel and overtime as required.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Administrative experience with CentOS, Red Hat, Debian, and other Linux distributions.</li><li>Administrative experience with Windows and VMware.</li><li>Experience with network testers such as IXIA and Spirent.</li><li>Knowledge of protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, dynamic routing, SSH/SCP/SFTP, DNS, NFS, LDAP, CIFS, SMTP, SNMP, and DHCP.</li></ul>Education Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in network communications management or equivalent preferred. Three years of field technician or datacenter technician experience is acceptable.</li></ul>Work Details:<ul><li>Work location category: HPE Site - Office. Onsite work required.</li><li>Client interface required.</li><li>Shift: 9 AM - 6 PM, 8 hours per day.
