Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 8 weeks Shift: 12-hour Mid Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 3 years of Emergency Room experience required License: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS required Must-Have: - Must live 50 miles away from the work location - Must be available to start within 7 days of offer - Must be willing and able to work in the trauma room as the bedside trauma RN - Must be willing to take 1:5 patient ratios Description: The Emergency Department is a fast-paced environment. ED nurses manage critical care skills such as medication titrations, arterial lines, mass transfusion of blood, and chest tubes.
